We have decided to have one last session before the break for anyone who wishes to attend, This session will be everyone’s favourite –  the ‘Timed Mile’. We are going to return to Queensferry Road for the session but we will do it in reverse. The meeting point will be at Largo House car park (KY11 8PE) for a warm up before the session.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
