This week is the last session in the current block,  it will be a whole group effort session at Rex Park, meeting at Bank of Scotland, Bothwell Street car park (KY11 3AG)  and heading over to Rex Park from there.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
