This weeks run is a whole group session, it will be an effort session using the high street and figure of eights around the New Row, Canmore Street, The Maygate, The High Street and Guildhall Street.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
