This weeks run is a individual group session, please note we will be meeting at the car park at  Queen Anne High School, Broomhead Park, Dunfermline, KY12 0PQ. From here we will run up to Townhill loch and Townhill woods (for Advanced and Intermediates) before heading back to Queen Anne High School.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
