This weeks session has now been replaced with a visit to Kinghorn where we will join with our friends from JogScotland Cowdenbeath to take part in their annual ‘Pseudo’ Black Run, if anyone require transport or would like to car share then please let us know.  For those who cannot attend or do not wish to attend this session Dyanne will be available to lead a group from the usual location at Tesco.

The session will start at 7pm from the car park at the foot of Pettycur Road, Kinghorn, please see map below. The cost will be £3 with proceeds going to MND charity.

The session will be explained on the night.

This circa 3 mile event is suitable for all abilities and to add to the fun, it is likely that you WILL get your feet wet, so please bring a towel, change of socks and shoes along with your sense of humour.
