This weeks session will consist of a whole group effort session at Pitreavie Industrial Estate. It will be a lampost session starting at the F.M.C. building, the session will be explained on the night.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
