This week we will be meeting at Tesco car park as usual and heading up to Queen Anne High School for a Pyramid Session. Session will be 1,1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1,1 min effort with 1 min recoveries in between each.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
