Sheena and Dyanne have orginised a fitness class at PureGym.

Fully qualified fitness instructor will be taking the fitness Class and it will be suitable for all abilities.

A Par -Q form must be filled out for anyone coming but not a member of PureGym, this can be obtained from  Sheena at our meetings on Wednesdays.

We are looking for a £5 min donation for anyone wanting to take part.
