This weeks session will involve a figure of 8 and butterfly effort session taking place within Pittencrieff Park,  meet at Dell Farquharson Center as normal for a run up.

The session will be explained on the night.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
