DESCRIPTION:This is our weekly running session. It is open to anyone over the age of 16 years\, whatever the level. We currently run with three different levels – beginner\, intermediate and advanced\, with each group of joggers supported by our jog leaders who will take you through a variety of structured runs so you get used to all the different types of jog training you need to be active and healthy. Our group caters for complete beginners\, intermediate recreational runners on to the more adventurous\, advanced runners\, and we believe that our varied weekly programme has something for everyone. The sessions are designed to help you achieve your goal! If you would like to come along please send us an email using our online contact form and we will look out for you on the night.  \nYou will be required to complete a jogscotland Par-Q form at your first session. A Par-Q form is a health & fitness questionnaire with disclaimer and emergency contact details. Please wear comfy clothing\, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.

SUMMARY:Perth 10k Festival (Perth 10k)
DESCRIPTION:Debbie Cooper (DbrhHll@hotmail.co.uk) has signed up for Perth 10k Festival (Perth 10k) on EntryCentral.com \nThe Keepsafe Perth 10km race has been going for over 30 years and offers a scenic\, flat and fast course along the banks of the River Tay that is ideal for those looking for a personal best and those who are new to running and doing their first event. \nThe popular race is open to runners 16 years and over. \nThe Route \nThe Keepsafe Perth 10k race goes anti clockwise around the North Inch before joining the riverside path network with an easy view of Scone Palace on the way out. The route has a left turn just before the bridge at the A9 and joins Arran Road and North Muirton Industrial Estate. \nAt the end of Arran Road\, there’s a left turn onto Bute Drive all the way along to the Riverside Church\, turning in and onto the path passing the football pitches before rejoining the riverside path. Runners will return to the North Inch and go in a clockwise direction before returning to the grass and a sprint to the finish line. \nThe route is entirely on path then pavement along Bute Drive and a small section of grass at the start and finish.
