Monday Session:
Jog Level & Category: Mixed, all abilities catered for
When we meet: Monday at 19:00
Where we meet: Bank of Scotland Car Park, Bothwell Street, Dunfermline, KY11 3AG
Session Information: Recovery run a steady run promoting recovery, appropriate for participants
Wednesday Session:
Jog Level & Category: Mixed, all abilities catered for
When we meet: Wednesday at 19:00
Where we meet: Mostly at Tesco (Fire Station) underground Car Park, Winterthur Lane, Dunfermline KY12 7BD, unless otherwise communicated.
Session Information: Main JSD training session- group training.
Week two and was keen to return as week one I was made to feel welcome and made to feel that no pace was too slow. Very friendly and informal which I like and not left alone!
