Kim was very active in her earlier years with school sports, was a member of Pitreavie Athletics (not running!) and continued playing hockey into her 40’s. After hockey she ran occasionally in an effort to keep fit and went along to the first Dunfermline Park Run in August 2015. In an effort to improve her 5k times, a friend suggested Jog Scotland which she found to be very friendly and supportive. She enjoys seeing people develop, getting fitter, healthier and more confident in their abilities and hopes as a jog leader to encourage people as she has been.
