This weeks session will consist of a 25 minute out and back effort session, this session will start at the Dell Farquharson Centre and head out past Dunfermline High School, along Queensferry Road and up Carnegie Avenue, then retrace your steps back to the centre.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
